Paul is a successful Kent based entrepreneur, angel investor and Non-Executive Director of a number of businesses, he is a respected motivational speaker and radio talk show host. Paul is a passionate campaigner for the development of business and an industrious community in the county. His activities include the Federation of Small Businesses Kent & Medway where he is Lead on Education & Youth Employment, President of the Kent Deaf Children’s Society, Advisory Board Member of Mid Kent College and Digital Envoy to the Kent County Council. Paul is also a member of the Kent Panel of the Bank of England and owner of Kent Business Radio which highlights and promotes entrepreneurism in the county.

Linda is a highly experienced professional with a multifaceted career including senior leadership positions in commerce as MD of Facts International Ltd and academia as Head of Business, IT and Finance at Canterbury College. Linda has focussed a great deal of her career on developing businesses and their personnel both in her current roll as Director at the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and previous rolls including Training and Development Manager at Alliance &Leicester Building Society. She also brings solid hands-on experience in supporting SMEs and is a Business Performance Coach, an accredited trainer, and holds an M.A in Business Management.


Graham Harris

Managing Director of Dartford Borough Council

Graham started his career in the building industry before changing career and qualifying as an accountant. He went on to work on the abolition of the GLC and ILEA for the London Boroughs, as well as becoming a member of the High Street Forum and the Director of Locate in Kent. Graham has demonstrated his commitment to sustainability and the environment by becoming an Environment Champion for Kent, as well as holding the position of Chair of the Sustainable Energy Partnership. He has also been awarded both the prestigious Accountancy Age Director of Finance of the Year award and the Tom Sowerby Award for Services to Students.

Paul Weston

Senior Vice President at Prologis

Paul is Senior Vice President at Prologis. He is Head of London and South East markets and has overall responsibility for Prologis’ development, leasing and operating portfolios in the region. Paul joined Prologis in 2003 having previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Gazeley Properties and Brixton plc. He has a strong track record in delivering projects across the UK and has expertise in planning, land acquisition, property marketing, leasing and disposition. His schemes range from single industrial / warehouse units to larger industrial parks and mixed-use developments.
